Greetings and Salutations! I hope that all of you reading this are doing well. Sorry it has been four months since I have updated our blog. I cannot believe how fast time goes by.

Four years ago our world was shaken when we got the diagnosis of Autism for Dylon and we researched and have tried to help Dylon all we can. He still needs help in some areas but it is a proud moment for us to report. He is exceeding all Kindergarten bench marks at this point in his schooling. This is GREAT for him!!!! It is amazing how our God works. We should be having a meeting soon to set new goals for next year which will be interesting to see what they will be. He will start off next year in a regular education class room, hopefully this will help him get into a routine and be able to stay in that routine. He really loved his first teacher this year. Dylon is really becoming quite the character. I sat down on the sofa one night next to him. There was no previous conversation going on and he says, "Mom, you used to be a good mom." My world comes crashing down and I asked, "Am I not still a good mommy?" To which he replied, "Yes, but you used to be a good one...." There are more stories I could tell but obviously that one was the most tramatic to me :>. He really is a good big brother. We have found out that Allie likes to play peek-a-boo and loves Dylon's 'Itsy Bitsy Spider' rap.

Now on to the newest addition of our house. Allie has been cranky this week and I believe it is due to teeth. There is a reason infants get teeth....so they can't remember the pain! She already has her two bottom teeth that came in at three months and I believe she is working on two more. She FINALLY rolled. Good grief we thought she was never going to roll; but, alas she did! We haven't gone for her 4 month check up yet but she is definatly a healthy girl. God has been good to our family.

Michael is finishing up an online class from Lipscomb then he will gear up for a busy summer and from the feel of it a hot one to boot. I am just in the world of house wife and mom right now. All of us are healthy now and enjoying some warm days here in Florida....80 degrees, sunny, nice pool and the ocean 15 minutes away, you need a vacation...which probably means we will have a hot summer. :>

As always, please feel free to leave a comment and/or a prayer request/praise. We love you all. I leave you with the lyrics to a song that was one of my father-in-law's favorite songs sung in church. The words can be quite moving and this is my prayer for all reading this...

This is my daily prayer
God bless you go with God
Hold fast His mighty hand, thru-out the day;
His grace your heart sustain
His pow'r relieve your pain
Your prayer be not in vain, as you travel His way.
In spite of all the lies, that some may hurl,
Christ is the only hope of all the world;
God bless you go with God, thru all eternity
My prayer will always be
May you go with God.
